The role

NuFu is a new breed of on-site agency. Based in London, but operating on a global scale, NuFu builds and manages bespoke agency solutions within its client’s businesses.

Job purpose

To manage and deliver graphic design solutions across multiple channels of output. To take ownership of the brief after initial design concepts are agreed, through to finished artwork ready for export to print or web.

To develop strong client relationships and support other creative artworkers in their pursuit of the same.

Key tasks & responsibilities

    • Provide timely and helpful feedback to improve creative processes to keep work on schedule

  • Where applicable manage and develop the team and direct reports
    • Oversee and manage other artworkers in the team on live briefs

  • Be adaptable and flexible in your approach, managing the needs of agency and clients alike
    • Work collaboratively with the account management team to ensure clients needs are being met in an efficient and creative way
    • Take responsibility for given briefs and execute to given time scales
    • Use skills, experience and knowledge to produce as per brief under the direction of the design team leader incorporating guidelines and best practice.
    • Produce and deliver artwork to agreed brief guideliens and deadlines
  • Deliver work across multiple channels
    • Marketing, promotional, advertising, literature, POS, outdoor media and any relevant medium as required
    • Exceptional mac skills, especially In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
    • Knowledge of HTML and Flash would be great but not essential
  • Be collaborative
